摘要
通过对株洲师专体育系2001级健美操选修班和对照班部分男同学实验对比,实验证明,参加健美操选修班的男同学和对照班的男同学,胸围、体重等各项指标均有不同的变化,从而说明经常参加健美操训练对改善大学生形体和提高柔韧性有明显的作用。
We contrast the students who take callisthenics as an elective course with those who don't in Grade 2 in our college. The experiment shows that they vary in their changement of chest measurement, body weight and other indexes. Thus, it is concluded that taking callisthenics training is an effective way to improve male students' physique and pliability.
