解毒化瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

Clinical Research of "Toxin-Relieving and Stasis-Resolving Decoction"for Chronic Prostatitis

为观察解毒化瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效 ,2 80例患者随机分为治疗组 (2 2 0例 )和对照组 (60例 ) ,分别给予解毒化瘀汤和前列康片进行治疗 ,疗程 1- 3个月。结果 :治疗组治愈 70例 ,好转 143例 ,总有效率 96 82 % ,对照组总有效率为 88 2 % ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。

To observe the clinical efficacy of'Toxin-Relieving and Stasis-Resolving Decoction' in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,280 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 220 cases were treated by the Decoction and control group in which 60 cases were treated by 'Qianlie Kang Tablet',with a course of 1 to 3 months. Results: In treatment group, 70 cases were cured,143 cases improved; the total effective rate was 96.87% in treatment group and 88.2% in control group, with a difference between the two rates(P<0.05).
