摘要
为满足远程防空导弹对电缆罩热防护系统的苛刻要求,通过试片级的热力联合试验,研究了2.5D石英纤维织物/硼酚醛树脂复合材料力学性能。基于有限元仿真技术,完成了复合材料电缆罩防热与承载一体化的结构设计。地面试验结果表明,一体化电缆罩能够满足导弹高速、长航时飞行中防热与承载的要求。
To satisty rigorous requirement for the thermal protection system of the cable cover for long-range air-defense missile,mechanical capability of 2.5 D SiO2 fiber-reinforced/phenolic resin-based composite is studied through the combined heat and force test based on samples.The structure design of integrated thermal protection and load bearing of composite material cable cover is accomplished based on the finite element simulation technology.The test results show that the composite material cable cover satisfies the thermal protection and load bearing requirements of the air-defense missile during its high speed and long time flight.
