摘要
利用聚合物的高阻尼特性 ,在水泥砂浆中掺加一定量的苯丙乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、甲基纤维素、乳胶和硅粉 ,制作了150个3点弯曲标准试件 ;用粘弹谱仪VA4000在 -30~30℃和0.1~2.0Hz条件下测定了各种聚合物阻尼增强水泥砂浆的损耗因子和储存模量,并对试验结果进行了分析。研究结果表明 :这5种掺料均能提高水泥砂浆的损耗因子 ,其中苯丙乳液最为有效 ;硅粉是最有效提高水泥砂浆储存模量的外掺料,约提高50 %。苯丙乳液、甲基纤维素和乳胶使水泥砂浆的储存模量有所下降,但对于综合评价材料阻尼能力的指标—耗散模量而言 。
Making use of high damping characteristics of polymers. Standard specimens are prepared by added with specified rate of Styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, methyl cellulose, latex and volatilized silica into cement mortar. Results of test and analysis for these specimens show, the dissipation of the cement mortar can be increased for all five types of the addition materials as above, and styrene-acrylic emulsion may be up to 0.25 among them. The storage modulus of the cement mortar can be increased about 50% by adding volatilized silica, and the shock resistance of the cement mortars can be improved for more additions as styrene-acrylic emulsion, methyl cellulose and latex.
