摘要
考察了Si-C -N陶瓷的先驱体聚碳硅烷 (PCS) /聚氮硅烷 (PSZ)体系的交联条件 ,包括交联时间、温度、引发剂和催化剂的种类和用量对交联产物及陶瓷产率的影响 ,并采用热重分析 (TG)法研究了PCS/PSZ体系的交联和裂解过程。结果表明 ,mPCS∶mPSZ∶mXylene∶mDCP等于 2∶2∶1∶0 0 5 ,交联条件为温度 12 0℃、压力 2MPa、时间 6h时 ,得到的交联产物外观较好 ,陶瓷产率较高 ,达到 77 8%。
The effects of the crosslinking condition of Si-C-N ceramic precursor system containing polycarbosilane(PCS) and polysilazane(PSZ),including cure time,temperature,kinds and dosage of initiator and catalyst,on the appearance of cured product and ceramic yield were investigated. The process of crosslinking and cracking of PCS/PSZ were studied by thermogravimetry. The result shows when the weight ratio of PCS∶PSZ∶Xylene∶DCP was 2∶2∶1∶0 05,the temperature,pressure and time of crosslinking reaction were respectively 120 ℃,2 MPa and 6 hours,cured product is good appearance and higher ceramic yield,77 8%.
