摘要
聚烯烃类产品的散装化运输具有显著的经济效益。通过对高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)粒料进行的正压密相栓流气力输送实验研究 ,获得了输送这种物料的压力降和固气比计算式 ,进而研制出罐体容积 50m2 、水平输送距离 70m、垂直输送高度 30m、输送量 1 5t/h、物料卸余率低于 0 .3 %的HDPE粒料气力输送槽车。这种国产化槽车的开发成功 ,填补了国内空白 。
Transportation in bulk state for polyolefine pe ll et material has remarkable economical profit. By means of experiment and researc h for positive pressure pulse pneumatic conveying of high-density polyethylene ( HDPE ), the formulas of pressure drop and the air-solid ratio is obtained, an d the tank truck of HDPE pellet has been developed which has tank volume of 50 m 3, conveying length of 70 m and 30 m high and conveying capacity of 15 t/h, an d only 0.3% remaining material. The successful development of ho memade tank truck has filled the blank in domestic production and was applied in Yanshan Petrochemical Company.
