绝经后冠心病妇女尼尔雌醇替代治疗的观察

Effect of Replacement Treatment by Nylestriol on Postmenopausal Women with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 :观察尼尔雌醇对绝经后冠心病妇女血脂谱紊乱和胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法 :将绝经后冠心病妇女 66例分为尼尔雌醇替代组和安慰剂组各 3 3例 ,分别于给药前后测定体重指数、腰 /臀围比、性激素结合球蛋白、性激素和血脂谱等。结果 :雌激素替代治疗后 ,患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、雌二醇、性激素结合球蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数有明显升高 ;而总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、促卵泡素、促黄体生成素和更年期症状评分等有明显下降 ,P <0 0 1。结论 :尼尔雌醇有改善绝经后冠心病妇女血脂谱紊乱和胰岛素抵抗的作用 。

Objective:To observe the improving of blood lipid and insulin resistance by Nylestriol in postmenopausal women with coronary heart diseases(CHD).Methods: 66 postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease were included.33 cases were divided into replacement group,others were as controls.We detected BMI,WHR,SHBG,sex hormones and lipids.Results: After ERT,the levels of HDL-C,E 2,SHBG and insulin resistance(SI)were apparently increased;while the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,FINS,FSH,LH and Kupperman score were apparently decreased(P<0.01).Conclusions: Nylestriol can improve lipidemia and insulin resistance,so it may have prophylaxis and treatment for CHD.
