当资本主义把一个分散的世界变成为一个统一的世界的时候,中国的封建王朝置身事外,一次次失去与世界同步的机遇。孙中山提出了开放主义的口号,但他无法带领中国走向世界。只有在中国共产党的领导下,在改革开放的战略方针指引下,中国才真正溶入世界发展的大潮中。历史经历了一个被迫开放、呼喊开放到主动开放的逻辑过程。
