摘要
概述了糠酸甲酯的性质、香气特征和应用 ,通过康尼查罗反应和酯化反应合成了糠酸甲酯。考察了原料配比、催化剂用量和反应时间等对糠酸甲酯产率的影响 。
The properties, aroma characteristics and application of methyl-furoate were discussed. Methyl-furoate was synthesized by Cannizzaro r eaction and esterification. The influences of raw material ratio, catalyst amoun t and reaction time on the yield of methyl-furoate were investigated. The optim um synthetic conditions were established.
