摘要
寿命周期费用是制约武器装备发展的关键因素,本文就如何采取积极有效措施控制寿命周期费用提出了"可承受性"思想,并对可承受性的度量,实现方法进行了详细的探讨,对我军充分利用有限的国防资源实现最大的综合效能具有一定的借鉴意义。
Life Cycle Cost (LCC) is the critical element of hampering the development of weapon equipments.This paper introduces the idea of 'affordability'to control the boost of LCC,and then gives its measure scaling and methods of realization in detail.
