摘要
可持续发展不仅是人类主观选择的一种战略 ,而且是客观存在的一个系统 ,有其自己的运行规律。人类应能动地适应并促进其良性循环 ,保持SDS系统中各子系统的协调平衡与发展。本文就可持续发展系统的结构、基本构成要素及其特征等基本理论问题作了初步探讨。
Sustainable development is not only a strategy of human's subjective choice but also a objective existing system.It has its own operating regularity.The human being should fit and promote Sustainable development System's good circle and remain each system's harmonious and equilibrated development in SDS.This article simply analyzes Sustainable development System's structure primary formulating element,character and so on.
