本文是《可持续发展系统工程论》的第四和第五部分可持续发展系统工程研究的框架体系和可持续发展系统工程的实践体系。前者包括研究的过程体系、方法体系、可持续发展的目标体系、实施可持续发展工程的组织体系、研究的模型体系、选择的模式体系和科学技术支撑体系;后者有生态环境系统工程、知识系统工程、全材料社会系统工程、能源系统工程、航空航天系统工程、海洋开发系统工程、文化系统工程和社会改造系统工程。

In this paper,the framework system and practising system of sustainable development are probed. The former includes the sustainable development studying severial aspects: procedure system, method system, objective system of sustainable development, organizational system of applying the sustainable development engineering, reaserching model system, selecting pattern system, and supporting system in sciece & technology. The latter touches on ecoenvironmental system engineering, knowledge system engineering, whole material social system engineering, energy system engineering, aviationspaceflying system engineering, ocean developing system engineering, cultural system engineering, and reforming society system engineering.
