摘要
分析了空间曲面电火花线切割加工五轴联动加工的运动规律,拓宽了线切割加工的工艺范围;对其执行机构———转、摆、摆数控工作台进行了研究和设计,为实现五轴联动加工实践奠定了基础。
The motion of a fiveaxle linkage motion cutting system by WEDM was analyzed. Meanwhile, the executive mechanism of fiveaxle combined motion cutting, i.e. rotation, oscillation, oscillation numerical control working table was developed and designed, which provided a basis for the practice of fiveaxle linkage motion cutting.
