摘要
本文通过数理分析方法证明 :在跨国并购条件下 ,如果伴随跨国并购所转移的技术在东道国没有产生技术外溢效应 ,外部技术流入对东道国该产业中其他企业会造成直接冲击。但是 ,如果伴随跨国并购所转移的技术在东道国产生技术外溢效应 ,只要技术外溢程度不低于一定的“临界点”,那么 。
This paper develops a simple model to examine the effect of technology transfer by cross border mergers and acquisitions on local industrial development.In the case of no technology spillovers,technology transfers by cross-border mergers and acquisitions will damage domestic industries.If there are technology spillovers to the local firms and the spillovers exceed a certain threshold,the technology transfer by cross border mergers and acquisitions will be beneficial to the development of the host industries.
