全国普通高等学校招生规模逐年扩大,而现有的体育场馆设施,体育师资队伍的数量和质量都没有得到相应的改善和提高,已滞后于高等教育的发展,这样严重影响了高校体育教学质量的提高.随着我国推行科教兴国的战略,高等学校扩大招生,学生人数逐年猛增,体育设施和场地的不足,体育师资队伍紧缺,就成为制约着体育教学质量提高的重要因素.在当前普通高等学校连年扩大招生的影响下,如何提高高校体育的教学质量,是高校体育面临的一个重大问题.

Enlarging enrollment in colleges and universities,insufficiency of sports grounds and facilities and lack of P E teachers have a negative impact on the sports teaching quality of collgegs and universities.With the implementation of the strategy of science and education prospering the state,the three above-mentioned problems have become the major factors preventing the influence of large enrollment in colleges and universties,how to improve sports teaching quality is a big problem facing sports teachers of colleges and universities.
