摘要
详细综述了锂离子电池正极材料锂镍氧的制备方法,并从LiNiO2的结构和性质出发探讨了不同离子对LiNiO2的掺杂改性作用。认为严格控制合成条件,可以合成近乎化学计量的LiNiO2。通过混合掺杂改性,可以得到容量大、循环性能好、热稳定性高的掺杂锂镍氧正极材料。
Recent advances in synthesis of LiNiO2 cathode material for Lithium-ion batteries were reviewed in detail. Effects and modification of different doped-ions on LiNiO2 were discussed based on its structure and characteristics. Stoichiometric LiNiO2 phase can be obtained by controlling the technological conditions carefully. Solid solutions of the cathode material with high capacity, excellent recycling ability and good thermal stability can be synthesized by co-doping technology.
