低温冲击韧性要求1Cr0.5Mo钢板的研制开发

摘要 结合某制造厂的技术要求和舞钢现有装备特点,通过优化成分设计以及合理控制冶炼、轧制和热处理工艺,成功开发出厚度超过100 mm、满足最大模焊状态下-38℃低温冲击韧性要求的1Cr0. 5Mo钢板。力学性能检验和组织观察结果表明:大厚度1Cr0.5Mo钢板在最大模焊态下具有良好的常温、高温拉伸性能和优良的低温冲击性能,板厚1/2处显微组织主要由少量回火贝氏体+铁素体组成,晶粒度8. 0级,综合性能优良。 Based on the technical requirements of a manufacturer and existing equipment features of Wugang,1Cr0.5Mo steel plate over 100 mm thickness satisfying-38 ℃ low temperature impact toughness requirements under max. PWHT condition is successfully developed by optimizing chemical composition design and rationally controlling melting,rolling and heat treatment process. The mechanical testing and microstructure observation results of the developed steel plate show that the large thickness 1Cr0.5Mo steel plate possesses good ambient and elevated temperature tensile properties,excellent low temperature impact properties,the microstructure at 1/2 plate thickness mainly consists of little tempering bainite + ferrite with grain size rated at 8. 0 and excellent comprehensive performance.
