摘要
唐钢中厚板公司在高韧性桥梁钢板Q345qE的开发过程中,结合桥梁钢国家标准修订版规定,合理设计化学成分和韧性指标,从转炉冶炼、LF精炼、连铸、轧钢工艺及控制冷却等多方面加以控制,并通过透射电镜等手段对钢板强韧性机理进行分析。结果表明:开发钢种的化学成分及工艺设计合理,生产的钢板全部满足新版桥梁钢标准的技术要求。
During the development of high toughness Q345 qE bridge steel plate,Tamgsteel Medium and Heavy Steel Plate Company rationally designs chemical composition and toughness indicators in accordance with the stipulations in revised GB standard of bridge steel,controls the processes of BOF melting,LF refining,continuous casting,rolling and controlled cooling,and analyzes the mechanism of strength and toughness of steel plate by means of transmission electron microscope. The results show that the chemical composition and process design for the steel are rational,the produced steel plate fully satisfies the technical requirements of the new revision standard for bridge steel.
