摘要
通过研究化学成分、轧制及热处理工艺对钢板性能的影响,设计了高延伸率Q345B钢板的生产工艺,并对钢板实物性能及显微组织展开进一步分析。结果表明:舞钢生产的厚度40 mm核电站安全防护闸门用Q345B钢板具有优良的综合力学性能,特别是延伸率达到30%以上,完全满足核电站安全闸门防护门抵御极端自然灾害或外力破坏的使用要求。
By studying the effects of chemical composition,process of rolling and heat treatment on steel plate properties,the production process of Q345B steel plate with high elongation ratio is designed,further analysis is made on actual product properties and microstructure of steel plate. The results show that 40 mm thick Q345B steel plate for protective door of nuclear power plant safety gate produced by Wugang possesses excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,esp. elongation ratio over 30%,fully satisfying the application requirements of protective door for nuclear power plant safety gate against naturat disaster or outside force destroy.
