北京市科普基地资源分布情况及管理政策研究

A Study on Resources Distribution and Management Policy of Beijing Popular Science Bases

以北京市371家科普基地为研究对象,以科普基地的类型、领域、人才队伍、展品设施、科普活动等为研究内容,分析了北京市科普基地资源当前的分布特征,并以此为依据提炼总结出涵盖顶层管理、领域分布、人员结构、展品更新、活动组织等五个方面的问题。在问题分析的基础上,研讨提出三个方面的建议:一是应深入开展调研,加强对基地的精细化管理;二是应融合教育、文化、旅游资源,探索市场化转型;三是应提升科普人员队伍专业化水平,培养稳定的志愿者队伍。

This paper takes 371 science popular bases in Beijing as the research object,and their type,field,team,exhibits facilities and activities as the research content.The study analyzes the current distribution characteristics of Beijing science popular base resources,and summarizes five issues including top management,field distribution,personnel structure,exhibition renewal,and activity organization.On the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward three suggestions.Firstly,in-depth research should be carried out to strengthen the refined management of the base.Secondly,we should integrate educational,cultural and tourism resources to explore marketoriented transformation.Thirdly,it is necessary to raise the professional level of popular science personnel and cultivate a stable volunteer team.
