协调既是图书馆管理的一项职能 ,也是图书馆管理活动中所运用的一种手段。图书馆协调的内容范围主要涉及下列八个方面 :①馆员冲突协调 ;②图书馆领导关系协调 ;③馆读关系协调 ;④图书馆要素综合协调 ;⑤图书馆内部门之间的协调 ;⑥馆际协调 ;⑦馆时协调 ;
Coordination is both a function and a means in the course of library management. Library coordination mainly involves the followingeight aspects:①coordination of conflicts among librarians;②coordination of relations among leaders;③coordination of relations between librarians and readers;④comprehensive coordination among essential library factors;⑤coordination among departments of a library;⑥coordination among libraries;⑦coordination between library and time;⑧coordination between library and other social organizations.
