摘要
本文分析技术创新与实现农业增长国际化的内在联系 ;阐述新时期加快农业增长国际化必须依靠技术创新 ,必须实现农业技术创新方向的转变 ;提出营造良好农业技术创新环境的战略选择与对策措施。
The relationship between technical innovation and free trade of agricultural products in China was discussed. Some suggestions were put forward, i.e. the growth of free trade of agricultural products must depend on promoting technical innovation, adjusting the research direction according to the need of market, building up a better trade environment on agricultural products.
