摘要
协调处理好企业与债权人之间的财务关系对企业的发展极其重要。然而 ,由于信息不对称 ,债权人的利益常常得不到应有的保障。本文分析了债权人财务风险的主要表现形式 ,并在此基础上提出了债权人财务风险控制与防范的建议措施。
Harmonizing financial relations between enterprise and creditor is vital to the development of enterprise. Because of information dissymmetry, creditor's benefits usually haven't got guarantee. The paper analyses major manifestation of financial risk of creditor. Then, it offers proposals for control and prevention of financial risk of creditor.
