民族地区《民族区域自治法》配套法规建设探讨

A Research on the Construction of the Corresponding Regulations and Laws about the Law. of the Peoples' Republic of China on Ethnic Regional Autonomy in Minority Nationality Regions

以《民族区域自治法》为主的民族法制是我国社会主义法律体系的重要组成部分,对民族地区社会经济发展有着重要作用。然而,自治法配套法规建设还存在很多问题。本文就如何制定和完善自治法配套法规建设提出了建设性的思考和建议。

The Law of the Peoples' Republic of China on Ethnic Regional Autonomy is an important part of Socialistic jurisprudence in our country, which plays very important role in social and conomical development of minority nationality regions. However, there are many problems with corresponding regulations and laws about the Law of the People' s Republic of China on Ethnic Regional Autonomy. This thesis suggests how to set down and consummate the corresponding regulations and laws on the Law of the People' s Republic of China on Ethnic Regional Autonomy, and gives the construive thought and advice.
