女性下生殖道癌的AgNORs检测

摘要 目的 :探讨子宫颈癌和外阴癌的AgNORs变化。 方法 :应用AgNORs自动图像分析系统 ,对 31例子宫颈癌、8例淋巴结转移灶及 11例外阴癌、3例淋巴结转移灶进行了AgNORs颗粒计数 ,并进行了统计学分析。 结果 :子宫颈癌和外阴癌的AgNORs颗粒计数与对照组相比显著增高 ,且随着组织分化程度的降低 ,AgNORs颗粒计数逐渐增多 ,并出现显著差异 ;发生淋巴结转移的宫颈癌原发灶 ,其AgNORs颗粒计数显著增高。结论 :AgNORs图像分析技术是一项较好的肿瘤辅助诊断方法 。 Objective:To study the change of the AgNORs in the cervical carcinoma and vulval carcinoma.Methods:AgNORs granule were counted by means of auto image analysis system in 31 cases cervical carcinoma in which 8 cases with lymph node metastasis,11 cases vulval carcinoma in which 3 cases with lymph node metastasis.Results:AgNORs counts in cervical carcinoma and vulval carcinoma were statistically higher than normal tissues respectively, AgNORs counts gradually increased with histological grade reducing, AgNORs counts were statistically higher in primary cervical carcinoma with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:AgNORs image analysis technique was a well cancer assistant diagnosis means, AgNORs granule counts had more clinic significantly on lower reproductive duct carcinoma and lymph metastasis.
