摘要
随着我国入世及知识经济时代的到来,国有企业将面临更加激烈的人才危机和人才竞争。人才竞争实质是体制和制度的竞争,在此,从企业角度设计了培训机制分类模型,并根据人力资本理论探讨各类型培训机制中人力资本增量的产权归属问题。并将培训机制分类模型运用到国有企业人事制度改革领域,指出国有企业培训机制的改革方向。
With China post-WTO entry and the coming of knowledge economy era,State-owned enterprises are facing more drastic crisis and competition of talents. in fact ,competition of talents is the one of systems. Therefore ,from the aspect of business ,the dissertation designs classification mode of training system. Meanwhile,it probes into the possession of intellectual capital increment in all sorts of training system according to intellectual capital theory. Finally,the dissertation applies the mode of training system into personnel system to reform state-owned enterprises and points out the paths of training system reform for state-owned enterprises.
