The paper introduces the coring tool structures, drilling fluid formula and maintenance, optimized techniques of well configuration and monitoring technique of tracer. The core recovery rate of this well is 100% and the sealing rate is 91.8%. This technique will provide valuable experiences for later sealing core operations.
