经过150多年的探索,发达国家的期货市场形成了一套规则,这些规则经过多年的实践检验,已演变为国际惯例。包括先建期货市场还是先立法,先发展商品期货还是先开展金融期货,先开展境内期货还是先开展境外期货,先推出金融期货还是先推出金融期权,先政府监管还是先内部自律等。积极探索这些国际惯例,对中国期货市场的发展将起到巨大的推动作用。

After exploration of over 150 years, a set of rules have come into being in futures market in the developed countries. Those rules have been tested by practice for years, and become international customs and practices, which include: to establish futures market ahead or legislation first; to develop commodity futures ahead or financial futures first; to have domestic futures first or overseas futures; to introduce financial futures ahead or options first; government supervision ahead or self discipline first; etc. Exploring these customs and practices will give a big role to promote the development of China's futures market.
