Based on discussing the concepts of knowledge sharing and knowledge integration ,it analy-ses the necessary of knowledge sharing and knowledge integration, their significance in knowledge management and the relation between them. It puts forward some suggestions for improving the knowledge management equation and points out that knowledge sharing and knowledge integration is the key factor to the success of knowledge management.
