摘要
将气功的“调息”方法引入中长跑教学 ,并将实验的过程、方法及结果加以整理 ,与中长跑传统教学法进行比较 。
The way of air-merit build up healty was quoted in the middle-long running teachings,the process,ways and results of this experiment are collated, the effect of this way is better than traditional way of teaching.
