摘要
介绍了一种气气喷射流快速混合技术,利用射流的碰撞及卷吸所产生的流动特性促进2股气体的快速混合。对影响混合质量的各种参数:动量比MS/Mb、开孔直径d、开孔面积S及混合长径比L/D等分别进-0.44ds0.73d20.30+0.015,对-0.53d2ssb行了探讨,在此基础上建立了一个经验模型S=0.23ρsu2DsSsSbρbu2b气体喷射流快速混合器的设计和工程放大有参考价值。
A new technique of gasgas ejecting rapid mixing was proposed, in which the flow characteristics caused by impingement and swirling between two streams promote gasgas rapid mixing. The parameters that affect the mixing quality have been studied, such as momentum ratio, pore diameter, area and the ratio of length to diameter. A experiential model has been set up, which could be in use of the design and amplification of the gas ejecting mixer.
