摘要
用氢氧焰气相燃烧反应器合成纳米 Si O2 粒子 ,研究了该粒子的形成、生长过程及工艺条件的影响。
SiO 2 nanoparticles were synthesised in a H 2 and O 2 gas phase combustion reaction. The formation and growth of the nanoparticles were studied. The effects of process conditions were discussed.
