齿轮精锻是在传统齿轮工艺变革的基点上发展起来的少、无切削加工方法,依据齿轮精度要求,确定采用精确制坯、半精锻,或齿形直接精锻成型,通过工艺与经济的最佳结合,获得高生产率和低成本。
Gear precision forging technology is developed based on traditional technologies for gear process, which reduces and even gives up cutting procedure. According to the requirements of the precision of gears, it adopts precision or semiprecision methods to forge the semi-products or to form the gear shape directly. With the optiumim combination of techniques and economy of products, it can obtain the best production efficiency with the lowest cost.
