清肝活血饮抗大鼠脂肪肝的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Qinggan Huoxue Decoction on Resisting Fatty Liver Rats

目的 :探讨清肝活血饮治疗脂肪肝的疗效和机制。方法 :采用复合方式建立大鼠脂肪肝模型 ,通过肉眼、血液生化、病理学检查 ,观察该方对脂肪肝大鼠的一般情况、血脂、肝酶、肝体比、病理改变等的影响。结果 :清肝活血饮能明显降低脂肪肝大鼠血脂和减轻肝脂变、肝细胞坏死程度 ,调整血脂蛋白比例和肝体比 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,<0 .0 1)。结论 :清肝活血饮对大鼠脂肪肝有肯定治疗作用且优于东宝肝泰 ,推测其降低血脂和肝脂 ,减少肝脏脂质沉积 ,保护肝细胞 ,改善肝脏微循环等是其主要作用机制。

Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qinggan Huoxue decoction (QHD) in treating fatty liver. Methods:Fatty liver model of SD rats was made by compound factors. Naked eyes, blood biochemistry and pathological changes were examined to observe the effect of QHD on common conditions, blood lipid level, enzyme, the ratio of liver to body weight and histological change of the fatty liver rats.Results:QHD could lower blood lipid level, lighten the degree of hepatic steatosis and hepatocellular necrosis of SD rats, regulate the proportion of blood lipoprotein and the ratio of liver to body weight.There was significant difference as compared with those in the control group (P<0 .05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion:QHD has better effect than Dongbao Gantai tablet on SD rats with fatty liver.The main mechanism of its function is lowering blood lipid and liver lipid level,reducing lipid deposition in liver, safeguarding liver cells and improving microcirculation of liver.
