摘要
本文在综述已有研究的基础上,构筑了'基于冰河知识体系的无国界管理人才素质结构'和'基于大学核心职能的无国界管理人才培养创新平台'构架,并给出了二者具体的评价指标体系。最后还剖析了上海外国语大学MBA无国界管理人才的培养模式。
After a review of the existing researches,this paper proposes“a construct of borderless management competence on the basis of the glacier theory of knowledge”and“a framework for innovative platform of borderless management talents on the basis of university core functions”,together with corresponding evaluation systems.The paper also offers an analysis of the cultivation model formulated by SISU MBA to cultivate borderless management talents.
