摘要 在这个全球化的项目中,跨行业分析旨在评估行业限制以及领导文化的差异对战略需求的相对影响。全球领导力与组织行为有效性(全球)项目数据只涉及了样本国家中的三个行业。这项研究的研究对象在中国增加了一个额外的地理位置和行业,在新西兰也增加了一个行业。对两个国家四个样本进行了隐性领导维度的不变性分析,结果表明参与者所在的行业部门和性别对参与者的偏好领导维度影响较小。维度的差异意味着国家之间样本大小不一样,但是维度的排名方式是相似的。 In the GLOBE project cross-industry analysis was directed toward assessing the relative impact of strategic imperatives imposed by industry constraints as well as cultural influences on leadership.The Global Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Effectiveness(GLOBE)project data are sparse in some societies,and samples involved only three industry sectors.This study adds an additional location and industry in New Zealand.Analyses are carried out to investigate invariance of implicit leadership dimension means across four samples in the two countries.We find that for the samples we studied,participants preferences for the leadership dimensions were not significantly influenced by industry sector of an organisation or gender of participants.Differences in dimension mean sizes were observed between country samples,but the rankings of the dimensions were similar.
