缺磷胁迫对温州蜜柑叶片光合作用的影响 被引量:10

摘要 温州蜜柑经不同程度磷胁迫处理后,其净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸速率(Pr)、表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)、最大荧光(Fm)、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、量子产量(Y)、电子传递速率(ETR)显著下降。但光呼吸/光合比(Pr/Pn)和初始荧光(Fo)显著升高。当采用叶面喷施KH2PO4的方式供磷时,缺磷状况可在24h内基本恢复到处理前的水平。 After being dealt by different degree phosphorus deficiency stress, the Net photosynthetic rate(Pn), Photorespiration rate(Pr), Apparent quantum yield(AQY), Carboxylation efficiency(CE), Maximum fluorescence(Fm), Photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),Quantum yield(Y), Electron transmit rate(ERT) of the Citrus unshiu Marc. decrease remarkably, while the Pr/Pn and the Fo rise obviously. When the method of spraying leaves KH2PO4 is adopted to offer phosphorus, the phosphorus deficiency state can almost resume to the level that is before being dealt in 24 hours. 
