摘要
论述了用溶胶—凝胶法在普通釉面砖上制备均匀TiO_2涂层的工艺过程,借助XRD技术研究了热处理制度对TiO_2涂层结构的影响。同时通过在紫外灯光源下对甲基橙溶液脱色实验结果证明:适当选择涂液成分、热处理温度及气氛,可在釉面砖上制备出具有高的光催化活性的TiO_2涂层。该材料可望成为一种具有广阔应用前景的“绿色”建筑材料。
Anatase TiO2 thin films were prepared on glazed tile substrate by sol - gel process. Structure evolution of TiO2 films as a function heat treatment temperature were studied by means of X - ray diffraction(XRD). Photocatalytic degradation of methl - orange in water was studied in photoreactor with UV lamp as light source.The study showed that high pho-tocatalytic activity TiO2 films could be obtained if the proper processing parameters were chose,i.e solution composition, heat treatment temperature and atmosphere.
