摘要 实验结果表明 :采用打浆度 2 5°SR ,吸浆时间 2 .5s,真空度 91kPa(6 80mmHg) ,浆浓 0 .4 %这一工艺参数组合 ,6 0 0mL餐盒绝干质量为 2 0 .80g ,湿坯含水率为 72 .4 5 % ,实际生产效果良好 ,而且湿坯脱模方便 ,热压时间短 ,能耗低 ,产品强度高 ,均匀度高 ,外表美观。 Take the process of 600 mL tableware of pulp molding for example, the orthogonal experiment was carried out. The optimum technical parameters were selected by the analysis of square difference. The result shows that the pulp consistency and beating degree affect the weight of the final product and the water content of rough product before the mold-heating procedure markedly. The optimum parameters of 600 mL tableware made by mechanical pulp of Chinese fir are as follows: 25°SR of beating degree, 2.5 s of absorbing time, 91 kPa of vacuum degree and 0.4% of pulp consistency.
