摘要
铜陵海螺5000t/d熟料国产化示范线工程烧成系统的主机设备———回转窑、预热器和分解炉、冷却机、燃烧器,均由南京院开发设计并供货。文中详细介绍了这四大主机设备的技术参数、结构特点及其制造成过程控制措施。从投产后的运行实践看,均达到了运行指标,并实践了正常稳定运行。
Main equipments of burning system for Tongling Conch5000t*/d clinker China-made equipment demonstration pro-ject like rotary kiln,preheator and calciner,burner and cooler are developed and supplied by NCDRI.Technical parameters and structure characteristics of the four main equipments as well as process control measurements in the manufacture are in-tro duced in detail in this paper.According to practical running after being put into operation,it can be seen that all indexes are reached and it has been proved that they are in normal and stable running.
