舌瓣修复口腔内软组织缺损26例临床回顾

Use of the Tongue Flap for Intraoral Soft TissueReconstruction:A Clinical Review of 26 Cases

目的 :评价舌瓣修复口腔内软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 :单纯采用舌瓣或舌瓣复合其他组织瓣修复口腔软组织缺损 2 6例。结果 :2 6例患者除 1例术后瓣尖出现部分坏死外 ,全部Ⅰ期成活。结论 :舌瓣设计灵活 ,手术成功率高 ,术后并发症少 。

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of tongue flap for reconstruction of defects of intraoral soft tissue. Methods: From May 1991 to May 2001, twenty six patients with defects of intraoral soft tissue were repaired by using tongue flap alone or tongue flap combined with other flaps. Results: These tongue flaps were alive in I stage except one case developed partial necrosis in the tip of the flap. Conclusion: Tongue flap is flexsible for design, with higher rate of success and little complication after operation. It is suited for repairing intraoral small sized defects.
