生理盐水和稀释液作为除精浆离心洗涤液的效果比较

Seminal Plasma Removing Effect Comparison between 0.89% Sodium Chloride Solution and Dilution Solution

用布尔山羊精液作为试验材料 ,对生理盐水和冷冻精液稀释液作为离心洗涤液进行对照试验。结果表明 :( 1 )精子活率、精子顶体完整率和畸形率这三项指标两者差异不显著 ;( 2 )两组精液精清谷草转氨酶 ( GOT)活性和乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH)活性在各阶段也成相同的趋势 ;( 3)两组精子的超微结构经电镜检查也获得相似的结果。

Seminal plasma removing effect of 0.89% Sodium Chloride Solution and Dilution Solution were compared with semen of Boer goat. Results showed that sperm activity, normal acrosome, abnormal sperm rate, changing regulation of GOT and LDH activity at different stages and ultrstructural of sperm were all just same for two treatments.
