摘要
以分析纯硫酸铝铵和碳酸氢铵为原料 ,采用湿化学法制备单分散超细NH4 Al2 (OH) 2 CO3先驱沉淀物 ,在 1 1 0 0℃下灼烧得到平均粒径为 2 0nm的α Al2 O3纳米粉体。对粉体进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜 (TEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)、比表面积 (BET)、热重 (TG)、差热 (DTA)、粒度分布等表征 ,此法获得的粉体无明显团聚 ,粒度分布均匀 ,颗粒尺寸小 ,其煅烧温度比通常低 1 0
Nanocrystalline α-Al_2O_3 powders with average particle diameter about 20nm were prepared by a wet-chemical method with the dry NH_4Al(OH)_2CO_3 precursor synthesized from NH_4Al_2(SO_4)_2 and NH_4HCO_3.The products were identified by SEM,TEM,XRD,BET,DTA/TG.The experimental results show that the wet-chemical method is an effective way for preparation of α-Al_2O_3 powders with homogeneous dispersion,nanometer size as well as for controlling its formation of hard agglomeration.And its calcination temperature is 1100℃,which is about 100℃ lower than that of traditional method.
