The Humanistic Environment of Industrial Upgrading

产业的存在和发展,离不开特定的人文环境。这至少包括人文理念、人才资源和人文特质3个层次。人文理念具有灵魂导向功能;人才资源是产业升级的根本支撑;产业升级中的人文依托或起到根基作用的当属特质文化,即人文共性中的独特文化品格。在三层结构中,一方面,灵魂性的方向功能、支撑载体和根基性元素三者相互依存、缺一不可,必须进行整体性塑造;另一方面,对于发展中国家和地区,更应注重人文特质的根基性构建。

The existence and development of industry cannot be separated from the specific human environment,which includes at least three levels of humanistic concepts,human resources and humanistic traits.The humanistic concept has the function of soul orientation;the human resource is the fundamental support for industrial upgrading;the humanistic support or foundation in the industrial upgrading should be the trait culture,that is,the unique cultural character in the commonality of humanities.In this three-tier structure,on the one hand,the directional function of the soul,the supporting carrier and the basic element are interdependent and indispensable,and must be integrally shaped;on the other hand,for developing countries and regions,more attention should be paid to the foundation of humanistic traits.
