摘要
基于元分析估计市场导向与企业创新的真实关系,并检验影响这一关系的潜在调节因素。结果显示:市场导向与企业创新呈现强关联性(r=0.425);客观情境因素中,地区发达程度、行业属性和数据收集时间对二者关系起到显著的调节作用;研究者主观选择的市场导向指标类型也是重要的调节因素。
Meta-analysis techniques were used to estimate the true relationship between market orientation and corporate innovation,and to explore and discuss potential regulatory factors affecting this relationship.The results show that:market orientation and corporate innovation show strong correlation(r=0.425);objective context factors,such as regional development,industry attributes and data collection time,play a significant role in regulating the relationship between the two;researchers’ subjectively decided market orientation multiple/single-dimensional and market orientation measurement indicator types are also important adjustment factors affecting this relationship.
