在论述推动科技型中小企业硬科技创业重要意义基础上,分析了科技型小微企业进行硬科技创业的动力要素及作用机制,并提出"政府高质量主导"、"依托院所资源的投资平台"两种硬科技创业孵化模式。

On the basis of discussing the importance of promoting hard science and technology entrepreneurship in science and technology SMEs,this paper analyzes the dynamic factors and mutual relations of hard science and technology entrepreneurship in science and technology small and micro enterprises.It also puts forward two kinds of hard science and technology entrepreneurship incubation models:'high quality government leadership'and'investment platform relying on institutional resources.'
