国家设计系统提升创新竞争力的国际比较研究及其启示

The Comparative Analysis and Enlightenment of National Design Systems Promoting Innovative Competitiveness

设计是国家发展创新战略的重要组成部分,国家设计系统是用于评估一个国家整体的设计发展状况、引导政府进行政策管理和实施的重要工具。选取了WIPO排名前六的国家进行设计系统数据对比,并指出其市场与政府二元驱动模式。我国设计系统体量大,但缺乏明确针对设计的国家政策,顶层管理不够清晰,需根据地区发展采用不同的政策推进设计系统发展,提升我国的创新竞争力。

Design has become important in nation’s creative strategy.National design system is a tool to evaluate a country’s design development,helping the government to execute policy.This study picks the top six WIPO countries to do the comparison of statistics and modes.Through the analysis,it is found that the systems are run by either government or market.Our design system is huge,but lack a specific policy aiming at design,and does not have clear mission,which ask for more promotion to improve our creativity competitiveness.
