摘要
从创业团队成员对动荡环境的反应入手,尝试对创业团队成员如何应对动态的环境并影响创业团队创新的过程进行理论探讨。运用社会心理学领域中的不确定性降低理论来阐释动态团队环境对创业团队创新的影响及机制。结合国内外已有的研究及对我国创业团队的观察发现,团队环境动态性可以激发创业团队成员主动与其他成员的沟通和观点分享行为,进而促进创业团队创新。而创业团队成员是否有机会参与团队决策会在很大程度上影响创业团队成员对环境的反应与团队创新之间的关系。
From the perspective of venture team members’reaction to dynamic team environment,this study tris to discuss the effect of dynamic team environment on venture team innovation theoretically.This study applies the uncertainty reduction theory from social psychology to explain the influence and mechanism.Based on previous study,this study proposes that dynamic team environment could evoke team innovation through triggering team members’communications and information sharing.In addition,team centralization of decision making can affect venture team members’reaction to the environment and the relationship between environment and team innovation.
