运用分享经济理念构建科技资源共享是一种有益探索。通过阐释科技资源的具体内涵,梳理现有科技资源共享模式,总结传统科技资源共享存在的问题,引出了分享经济下科技资源共享的创新模式框架。提出分享经济模式通过整合资源、网实联动、平台经营和按需定制等做法,实现了科技资源共享的无边界供给模式、全渠道营销模式、多元化盈利模式和多样化服务模式,有效提高了科技资源的利用效率和共享的配置效率。

It is a useful exploration to construct the sharing of science and technology resources with the idea of the sharing economy.By explaining the specific connotation of scientific and technological resources,combing the existing sharing mode of scientific and technological resources and summarizing the problems existing in the sharing of traditional scientific and technological resources,the framework of innovation model for sharing of scientific and technological resources under the sharing economy is brought out.The sharing economic model has realized the non-boundary supply mode,all channel marketing mode,diversified profit model and diversified service mode by integrating resources,net real linkage,platform management and demand customization,and effectively improved the efficiency of the utilization of scientific and technological resources and the sharing of the allocation efficiency.
