中外合作共建境外产业集聚区:模式、效应、对策

Research on Sino-foreign cooperative construction of Overseas Industrial Clusters

经济全球化已经成为当今世界发展的趋势,很多国内企业走向国外。当前,中外合作产业集聚区已成为国际产能合作的新平台,对促进中国产业转型升级,带动中国及周边国家经济发展,提升中国对外开放的水平起到引领作用。本文重点分析中外合作共建境外产业集聚区的现状、建设以及发展过程中面临的问题。在此基础上,为加速国内企业'走出去'搭建平台,最后提出促进中外合作共建境外产业集聚区的对策建议。

economic globalization has become the trend of the world today,many domestic enterprises to go abroad.At present,Chinese and foreign cooperative industrial agglomeration has become a new platform for international cooperation capacity,to promote the transformation and upgrading of China industry,promote the economic development of China and neighboring countries,enhance the level of opening up Chinese play a leading role.This paper focuses on the current situation,construction and problems faced in the construction of Sino foreign cooperative joint construction of overseas industrial clusters.On this basis,based on the'The Belt and Road',to accelerate the domestic enterprises to'go out'to build the platform,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote Sino foreign cooperation and build overseas industrial parks.
